Najam Memon is a Senior Project Manager and Chief Estimator. Najam got his master’s degree from UBC in Construction Management and he is a Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP). He is responsible to manage projects, supervise site team, coordinators and estimators. Najam has around 20 years of experience in the project management and estimating including residential, institutional, industrial, commercial and retail sectors. Najam has exceptional leadership, team management and organizational skill with focus on constructing quality products on budget and schedule. His focus is always client satisfaction and customer service.
Pedram Riahi is a senior Estimator and Project Coordinator for Fraser River Construction. He provides cost consulting services for design-build, hard bid, and negotiated construction projects throughout Canada. Pedram has Over 17 years experience in construction execution, estimation, coordination, and building management.
He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree in Geo technical Engineering with extensive knowledge with different software’s, such as, On Screen Take off, Timberline, Grade Beam, Auto Cad, Revit, and Microsoft Project. He is extremely neat, reliable and able to deal with complicated project. Pedram is adept at writing project plans, reports, and documentation. He is also great at analyzing reports and negotiating contracts at the preliminary stages of construction. Throughout his career, Pedram has established ongoing relationships with key contractors and trades.
Brenden is quality-focused and strong Construction Site Superintendent that utilizes exceptional leadership skills combined with an experienced of all construction types from commercial, industrial, residential, and retail. He has more than 10+ years of experience leading a team as Site Superintendent, and construction management. His lead by example attitude, communication skills, and extensive knowledge of the drawings and design, has led to subcontractors working together as a team to complete some very successful projects, on time and on budget.
Zikreia Nessari is the Project Coordinator for Fraser River Construction Ltd. With a background in Civil Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, he has a wide range of classroom and field experience in many sectors of engineering and development. They include commercial, industrial, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments. With extensive knowledge of programs like AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, and Civil 3D, Zikreia can efficiently create, edit, and review drawings and plans as well as budgets and construction schedules. He is a hardworking and technically minded professional who maintains excellent working relations with clients and brings his best to every project he works on.
Cristina is a full cycle accountant working within the real estate division of Monark Group. She is a BCIT alumna who brings over 20 years’ experience and a diverse accounting background in manufacturing, retail & distribution, engineering and, most recently, land development. She is a strong multitasker who is meticulous and always willing to assist others. She enjoys family time, travel and has a love of gardening.
Ravinder is a professional engineer and project manager with 21+ years of global experience in managing multiple construction Projects.
